Larkspur is a town in Douglas County, Colorado, United States. As of 2005, the city is estimated to have a total population of 306. Each year, on weekends, in June and July the Colorado Renaissance Festival is held in the hills just west of the town.

There were 94 housing units at an average density of 26.9/km (69.7/mi). The racial makeup of the town was 97.86% White, 0.85% Native American, and 1.28% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.71% of the population.

There were 92 households out of which 34.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.4% were married couples living together, 9.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 34.8% were non-families. 28.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.54 and the average family size was 3.18.
